Anyone who follows Kathy know that Kathy is the floral queen...likewise anyone who follows my work will know that I love doing anything but flowers!

However I have been commissioned to do a feature article on Copic Colouring Techniques for Scrapbook Creations Magazine.

As part of the article I have explained Palette Blending, and I think colouring flowers is the best way to show off this technique. So here you have it ... a floral card from me!!!!


This is the first floral card I have ever posted!

I absolutely love Kenny K's digital images. I have already posted a couple of projects using his images, but I have to say, I think this is my favourite! Her original name is Devilish Donna, but I have renamed her Angel!

I have used my Copics to colour her, and just loooove the way she has turned out!

It's preview time again at All That Scraps with 3 new supercute digi's. The digi stamp I have used here is called Bramble Lastleaf. She is very cute. I thought she would be perfect on this little apron card floating amongst Shabby Princess' Sweetie Pie Flowers.

It is Halloween release time at All That Scraps! Tomorrow a bunch of gorgeous digi images are being released including this oh so cute Goth Girl along with the skull, bat and spider as accessories!

She was just so much fun to colour! Now it is a little bit tricky to see, but the background spider, bat and word art is actually on acetate. I wanted it to look like the bat and spider are hanging in mid-air. It is hard to see because I had to put a white background behind in order to photograph it!

Anyhow, what would Halloween be without a little treat....right!?!

It's official and it's fantastic!!!!!

Marianne has announced the first ever Intermediate Copic Certification on her blog.....and.....I am going to be traveling to Chicago to attend the certification in October! Yes thats right! I am so so excited! Because I am already a Copic Regional Instructor (having been trained by Marianne and Lori), in addition to my art and design background, I was approached by Copic Australia to attend the Certification!! How could I possibly pass up such an amazing opportunity! So stay tuned for brilliant new information and updates from Chicago in October!
PS If anyone has any "pull" with Oprah (my idol!) I'd love a ticket to a taping of just one show!!!!! (c;
